our current normal may not be all that new – or normal for that matter. as workplaces and spaces have moved to the web, so have our work habits. however, now our virtual offices give our peers, those we manage, and those that manage us, a vantage point into who we are as people.
this new perspective could become normal and a good “new normal” if we take the time to ensure that our approach to remote working environments is an equitable one.
