across the country there are school districts considering personalized learning. they are pondering questions like: what do i need to do first? how can i support my teachers? what digital content should i use? how do i change the hearts and minds of the people in my district?
and how do i do this at scale?
the districts we work with are no exception. they spend a lot of time thinking about these questions before we start working together, and then when our work begins, these are the types of things we tackle head on.

we asked three district leaders to tell us more about their journey.
cami anderson, former superintendent of newark public schools in nj, described the need for blended learning in her district.
cindy ambrose and edi cox of horry county schools talked about how children learn now, vs how they learned before, and why they moved forward with personalized learning.
